    New Pen Kit

    Well this is a new pen kit for me and I quite like it. I have dressed it in Rosewood but sadly the shine and glare in the photo hides the subtle natural beauty of the grain. I do like the chrome and dark Rosewood together.

    Had a few min spare before dinner so popped out and turned this little beauty finished with sanding sealer and spray lacquer

    Something a little different

    Got a bit fed up spinning wood so I thought what can I do for a change. I have a load of pallet wood lying around and the Mrs has been on at me for ages to have a go at some garden furniture. Had a couple of hours in me shed and came up with this beauty.

    An Early Christmas Prezzie

    I got a nice parcel in the post today from my mate GeordieB. 5 lovely Black Locust Burr Blanks. I had to turn one straight away to see what they looked like. This is an Elegant Beauty Australiana. I will be sending the pen up to Bill Mooney for Blind Veterans from Geordie and Me.

    Can anyone tell me if the Sierra Elegance is the same as the Elegant Beauty? I need to know if the tubes are the same.
