Can anyone tell me if the Sierra Elegance is the same as the Elegant Beauty? I need to know if the tubes are the same.

Yes - Sierra Elegance is the cheaper Chinese copy of the Elegant Beauty, and they both use the same tube. 27/64

I have found all Sierra pen tubes to be the same, whether ordinary Sierra, executive Sierra, etc

The Serria click pen has a longer tube, but seems to have gone out of fashion, dont see them advertised these days.
There are lots of pens that are given different names but are identical!

Over here Sierras vary in tube size according to blanks I have purchased as Watch part pens etc. Its all in the naming by which seller the term Sierra is used loosely now.
