    Cross cut oak pen

    Made this for s friend with a special piece of his own cross cut oak it had a burr in it that as I turned it voids suddenly appeared that needed filling took a little longer to make the pen but worth it

    A small request from a friend of the family they wanted a cross as a marker for their late husband which some of her family promised but never did do.     Pair of Omega's in cross cut Sweet Chestnut

    Another pair of Omega's, this time in cross cut Sweet Chestnut, a few issues with wee knots, CA and sawdust to the rescue. Same finish again, sanding sealer and then 3 coats melamine.
Top
