    Does anyone know of a supplier of cross cut zebrano blanks. Have been making some kits with this timber and my supply has now run out. Needing some more for a couple of commissions.

    And two wood pens too!!

    Deffo on a roll today. Again turned these a lot faster than I previously have, made such a difference. Both finished with melamine which I love. First Ben is bog oak and second one is zebrano. I know pics aren't the best but have sorted my dslr camera out so am going to retake some pics

    Tempest in Zebrano

    I made this as a small thank you gift for the guy who gave me the Zebrano a few weeks ago. I hope he likes and uses it. As an aside, do you find that people "treasure" their pens and put them away rather than use them?

    Sirocco in cross-cut Zebrano

    Finally got around to turning a piece of the Zebrano - and I wanted to try one of the new Sirocco kits, here is the result. I was quite surprised at how hard the wood is, it made it more difficult to turn than anticipated. Finished with Melamine.
