If all else fails mark a circle of shape that is required and drill holes at an angle well within the shape outline then it will be down to hand power to straighten the sides. Maybe using something like a pad saw they are reasonably cheap even if you have to cut the handle down to give extra movement up and down.

Nope - I don't think so. I bought a cheap one (Argos I think) for a particular job last year and the blade is set in line with the body.

Yes it does look low profile but what a price! No battery either. The wife would kill me if I spent that much on a tool I’d probably only use a handful of times if that. What is a guy to do when wives have a say :funny: :rolling:

It would be good for bowl sanding if you turn bowls.
