Can you make blanks without a pot ,I'm just getting into and have no money but want to try and make my own blanks any help would be great.

I take it you mean a pressure pot? Yes, certainly, just go for polyester resin, no pot needed (and it's cheaper).

My mate here sold untold numbers of cast pens never used a pot bought the two mix at Bunnings Hardware store, ultra clear and no bubbles.
