Bought two saw blades for the bench saw put them on and they were that buckled it was like dado blade,
took them off and chucked them on the shelf.
Found them today was going to throw in the scrap bin then the light bulb flashed on this is what i made
A TCT parting tool handle tomorrow

I have seen others chop bits out of TCT saw blades for metal working parting blades but not woodworking. Look forward to seeing the finished tool. :thumbs:

Two saw blades buckled and you were going to bin them? Why not get your money back, were they new?

Have you welded it to some other metal? Would having wood either side of the handle help to stop it twisting as you have more to hang onto?
