I decided to take the plunge and make a start with my electric chain saw on my log pile.
Very happy with the results so far. Just can't stand the time it will take to finish drying.
The Yew has been down for over 6 years but left as a log so will still take some time to dry. Hopefully it will be ready when the dark nights draw in.
The Cherry in the back ground was very wet so some for next year.
