Quick question for you.

I've just made my first hybrid pen.
It is about 50/50 blue optic-cast resin and stabilised poplar burl.

I've have taken it back to 12000 grit and it looks great.... but....

If it was a wood pen, I would now finish it using the Melamine technique, if it was acrylic I would just polish it with a plastic liquid polish, and with both, a layer of wax on top.

What would you all suggest for a hybrid?

I await with baited breath...

Thanks :-)
