I have some wood that is Grey but it isn't Buckeye ... Here is a slimline made from it .. Click Here

Jim that looks like the sort of thing I am after, I have never seen Apple-wood like that, I have a ton of spalted silver birch and haven't come across an grey, black is another thing.

Would you be willing to sell some of the grey Apple wood, assuming you have enough to spare+

Hi Peter and welcome to the nutters forum not all buckeye is grey some is a light tan color some grey and come a mixture of both the blanks Vinny is selling are natural colors

These two are not stabilized blanks just plain ol conker root which we call buck eye

also try stile and bates they have them

I did look at stiles and bates, but obviously missed them, I was about to order a Banksia nut from them and saw they wanted £9.50 Postage, they can :whistling:
