This is my latest closed end pen. Olive wood in gunmetal and a Gold Bock nib.

You have not missed it mate look up competitions specifically July competition. It ends at the end of the month. The topic is closed end pens. The rules are expounded there, the competitions are run by Peter AKA Buckeye.

Lovely pen. It appears to have a taper from cap to end. Is this the case?

Hi Terry thanks. Youre correct it slightly tapers from the from the cap to centre band and then slightly more from there on. Thought id try something different. Overall dimensions dont change drastically ts more subtle. Thanks for noticing
