    Crab Apple

    Took this singed tree down a couple of months ago. The guys garden shed workshop burnt down and this tree was growing next to it. Turned green and left to move this little pot is 3 1/4" across the oval and 2 3/4" high. Aint wood good?

    I was working on my Record DML305 lathe today using a 3 wheel steady as the work piece was about 8/9 inches long.     Dachshund in Sapele, 8" long by 6" high. Body and legs were turned on 2 axis' then sanded to blend in. Ears are pinned so they can move and the tail is spring mounted so it can wag! A present for my dog mad Niece.
