    Wood Sanding Sealer

    Just about to get some more sealer,is there any difference in them,are some better than others,what do you use. Glen:thinks:

    303 bullet pen

    Finally achieved it a double 303 with a proper tip which a kind forum member passed on to me. Thanks for that Mark. Brass is only polished and has no sealer. Peter

    Finishes - newbie here!

    Hi all New to this wood turning lark... 7 weeks in.... I have looked on the interweb and seen loads of different finishes and methods for pens.... Just turned some pens and wondered about the finishing of them.... I have tried..... 1. sand to 240 - sanding sealer 50/50 mix - sand again up...

    Finished yesterdays oblong bowl

    Just got back from the pub and finishing the oblong bowl from yesterday and gave it 2 coats of sanding sealer and 3 coats of acrylic laquer finish

    8" x 2 1/2" spalted beech bowl

    Fresh of the lathe this morning a spalted beech bowl finished with sanding sealer and several coats of acrylic lacquer
