Was gifted this piece of olive over two years ago by Neil Lawton. So as the weather was so murky with cloudy skies and rain forecast I postponed my new found hobby of casting and dressed a Traditional kit with Neil's olivewood instead. Photos don't do it justice it is a beautiful bit of wood and now I wish that I had used a better quality kit.

That's a lovey piece of olive. Such deep lustre and grain. You should be pleased of the out come of the turning and the pen is suited to that dressing. Well done, nice kit.
