    Found this wood in the garden ages ago.

    Couldn't tell you what it is but it made quite a nice pen. I love the natural look with all the holes and divots still there.

    No I didn't Kevin. It's been sitting near my shed in the dry for ages so I made sure it was absolutely bone dry and decided to spin it up and see what happened. I've made 3 slimlines now and hopefully tomorrow my Epsilons and Zetas will arrive so I can try it on a couple of those.
    Trying to finish work early so I can get in the shed.

    Well done Steven. I like this stories of pens being made out of what otherwise may be disposed off or left to rot.
