Weird I know!
Something to do with the education authority!
Orders have to be made in triplicate and usually can only be placed by Fax!
Nationally Schools are set up to pay by "Parent pay", this is similar to something like paypal.
I'll enquire if there is another payment system that can be used tomorrow!

What about PayPal payments

I will enquire Woody.

Please be patient with me folks.
So far I have had to do this single handedly!
The better half is prepared to help in any way she can, and is backing this event all the way!
Her having read some of the posts on here, I can only say she may be only doing this out of morbid curiosity:funny:

Charlie, (Head of DT), is absolutely gob smacked by your generosity, and hopes to make an appearance, if family commitments allow, to thank you in person.

Only realised today that I'd not told Richard (the headteacher). If he wants to come, he'll be bl##dy well paying like every one else:face:

Onward and upward!
Neil

You are most welcome Ed, Though I may have to revise my estimate on the chances of a forum member being arrested, depending on your attire!

Book early:thumbs::funny:

I would imagine, if we have Alex with us dressed as a chainsaw no one will come anywhere near us to arrest anyone :rolling::rolling::rolling:

Guys.
I've checked with the Finance people today, about payment.

For some reason paypal is a big no no, but no one is prepared to tell me why!

These are the only options open to me........
You can send Cash or Cheque.
You can do a bank transfer.
And only for you lot!... You can pay cash, on the day!

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, Pm me, and I will give the account details to pay into.
If you prefer to pay on the day, please let me know that you will definitely be coming, and give plenty of notice if you have to cancel!
The big outlay is the catering, if I over cater, a lot of money will go down the pan! If I under cater, the local chippy is on standby:funny:

Apart from the "pay what you think it's worth" pen blanks, I will be providing various spindle blanks, reclaimed wood, and some bowl blanks for sale.
Some of the "YOW" may also be up for grabs!
Sounds like a cracking day to me!
Shame I'm going to miss most of it, behind the scenes:rolling:
