Has anybody purchase a box of these 5kg Box European Pen Blank Offcuts - Special Offers Are they value for money or too short to use for much- I am hoping to use them on single tube pens, unless I get lucky and there are any pieces that I can squeeze 2 out of.

I have noticed that some bushing kits fit better than others, what should be the clearance when the bushing is inserted into the brass tube. Obviously if it's to loose you will have all sort of problems, if it's tight you will maybe expand the brass tube and wreck the pen before you get going.
